BerylMC - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All donations are non-refundable. Anyone whom files a chargeback will be banned from the BerylMC network.
2. Ensure you have sufficient inventory space avaliable when purchasing an in-game item from the server store. Any items lost will not be returned.
3. We do not transfer store bought items or ranks between accounts regardless of reason.
4. We reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any pricing, benefits, rewards, contact, etc. of any items or services.
5. If the server is ever to shut down, no refunds will be delt, however will be returned if the server was to return.
6. We reserve the rights to forcibly make you leave the server, permanently or otherwise, with no refund.
